This week I sat patiently in the waiting area of my dentist’s clinic for my name to be called. “Tim?” a soft-voice from around the corner broke the silence of the quiet room. I poked my head out and the dental assistant again said, “Tim” but now in more of an affirmative tone as our eyes met. But like most things, small manageable amounts regularly is better than and overwhelming amount at an inconvenient time, every time. I think if we start by being brave enough to each out, then keep doing it regularly to form a habit of it, you’ll reduce the risk of the having it blow up in your face right when ya don’t need it.
