Wow Tim!

I almost felt like I was on the run with you.

Ive done Gungahlin once. There was 482 people. It was so chaotic. And doing a course for the first time is hard.

Well done on finishing in a cracking time and pushing yourself through the uncomfortable 💪

My bad! Just reread and realised you said Lake Gininderra which I've also done and was busy and hard. You might actually like the gungahlin one because it's reasonbly flat unlike gininderra.

Yes! I ran Gungahlin last month and it is a great course. Busy, but the course is super speedy and quite pretty.

Lake Ginninderra was super busy yesterday too, and like Burley Griffin can be very difficult to navigate the first couple of kms in the peloton.

Coombs and Jerrabomberra are still proving to be my favourites. What are your favourite courses Clare?

Awesome! It's funny because when I was writing my post I was thinking Gininderra but I wrote Gungahlin haha.

Coombs is my local so I like it because it's close and quite pretty, although the sneaky hills get me every time haha. I enjoyed LBG but I'm not sure if that's because there was the added sight of the hot air balloons, Gungahlin is pretty and nice and flat. I do quite like the flat ones haha.

There are still a few I haven't tried in Canberra yet though, but I'm sure I'll get there.

The test for me will be to see if I continue running once a week without a park run while I'm oversees.
